Sue Richardson is a Lismore Presentation Sister. She has a background in secondary education and has specialised in formation for ministry since 1982. Firstly as formator in the Presentation Sisters Central noviciate programme and then as formator for those preparing for final vows. At the same time, Sue was also involved in the formation of spiritual directors in the Siloam and Spiritual Leaders programs, and supervision of pastoral associates, congregation leaders and parish priests. Sue has experience in leadership of her congregation for five years. She also held the office of vice-president of Catholic Religious Australia for three years and for five years was a member of the Council for Clergy Life and Ministry, a council of the Australian Catholic Bishops Commission for Church Ministry.
