Christiaan (Chris) Mostert is a retired theologian and theological teacher, with a doctorate from the University of Sydney. He has taught Systematic Theology in Seoul (Korea), in Sydney (at United Theological College) and in Melbourne (at the Uniting Church Theological College now known as Pilgrim Theological College and thus in the United Faculty of Theology). He was one of the ten inaugural Professors of the University of Divinity and was appointed Emeritus Professor in 2014. In retirement he has taught several units in Systematic Theology at YTU and elsewhere within the University of Divinity, mainly the Doctrine of the Trinity. Having been an ordained Minister of the Uniting Church in Australia and before that of the Presbyterian Church of Australia since his retirement he has been ordained in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, and is an honorary Assistant Priest in the Parish of Christ Church Brunswick.
